The Grand Prize Winner in the 6th FILMSshort competition, The Strange Death of Harry Stanley is a drama written and directed by British filmmaker Jeremiah Quinn. I will refrain from telling you exactly how Harry Stanley dies so as not to ruin its strangeness but it remains a topical subject in both the UK and elsewhere. The film is full of clever moments and played at various festivals around the world before being long-listed for a BAFTA in 2013. Jeremiah completed his second short, Touched, in 2014.
