LETTERS - ANTHONY HETT (2014)

Written and directed by Anthony Hett, Letters is a poignant tale of friendship between a young postman (Malcolm) and a lonely old man (Kevin), although we never actually meet the older man. It is a subtle story that explores the relationship between the younger and older generations in modern Britain, as well as taking an intimate look at how lonely it can be living alone in a big city like London. Funded by Apex Arts' Hitchcock Production Fund, Letters was Hett's directorial debut. It played at various short film festivals before being submitted to the 14th FILMSshort Online Festival.
