THE DAY I GOT LOST - ALI HAZRATI (2018)

Written by Ali Hazrati & Bizhan Salimkhani, and directed by the Ali, the Iranian short film The Day I Got Lost could be seen as a drama or very black comedy. It follows the travails of famous actress Mozhdeh Gilani (Hengameh Qaziyani) as she wraps up a television interview to discover her husband has called her mother-in-law while involved in a brawl. Mozhdeh is unable to get through to her husband and, with a conspiracy apparently taking place, she is in a rush to get home to discover what has happened. She is in for a shock.
