TOM SWEEP - MICHAEL DUDOK DE WIT (1992)

I may like animated comedy Tom Sweep by Michael Dudok de Wit so much because I hate people who litter and therefore empathise with the poor titular character in this sweet, short short animation. Tom Sweep is charged with picking up rubbish but he finds this a hard task to keep under control as the passers-by discard their litter in this simple but superbly made short.
